Rayby bulletheadComment by amster: Is this somebody flattened by a steam roller and just has his head sticking up? Oh, no! Not my buddy Ray! Intriguing. 7 |

Rayby bulletheadComment by lkn4truth: This shot was boring for me (sorry). A lot of needles empty space and the flashlight on the floor (or whatever it is) doesn't seem too original or creative. I'm sorry to have to give it a 4 |

Golden treasure inside is hidby bulletheadComment by OneSweetSin: Greetings from the Critique Club
Nice composition. Good idea definately a delicate situation for that egg.
I like the slow shutter speed here it works for the message you are trying to convey.
What I really don't like is the glare on the egg, it's distracting and takes away from an otherwise flawless egg. The reflection in your stoneware is also distracting but as for the mark you mention in your background I didn't notice til after I read your comment.
I think you may have done better though with a white egg would have made your composition a lot stronger.
Best wishes

Proper beerby bulletheadComment by BrennanOB: cropping is too tight, why cut off the neck of the bottle and the bottom of the glass when you already have so much white space? Good colors and shadows. |

Proper beerby bulletheadComment by sestevens: I think you have a choice here in composition...a) using more negative space, therefore giving more a sense of place to the assorted objects...or b) bringing the obects closer together and doing a major crop in the lens. Right now, it seems too much halfway between, so there's nothing really holding it together. |
