I've never been a fan of these types of shots, and they are becomming overdone on DPC...the angle doesn't add anything...clear and sharp, with good background blur.

Gower (and on to St. Davids where I spent much time doing geological mapping) are outstandingly lovely places. People and beer are good as well ;-) The shipwrecks along the coast - base of cliffs - are worthy photographic locations.

Edited to add: He doesn't need to look at the woman, just off-camera. That expression is priceless.

I agree with annasense that those rocks could use a little detail. Also, on my monitor, I see some haloing at the edges of the rocks. When projected, this could show quite a lot. Over-Sharpening, maybee?
The composition and the scene are just splendid. You can hold your head high in Club competition with this one.

I really like the contrast. The black rocks makes the white water really stand out but it does look to much like a paper cut out. The sky and water has great texture. This one has serious potential.

This was my feeling also. I thought the man didn't look like he was to interested in the woman. She looks clingy and he looks like he'd rather be somewhere else. The underwear grabbed my attenton right away also. I like the fact his thumbs are thru the belt loops. The lighting and tones are lovely. I like the curve of her back and the breast just peeking below her arm.

great composition, but the post processing needs a little work, especially on the rocks. you need to put some detail back into them, if possible... go to levels and play with that a bit. then i think you'll have a fine photo. :)
