O boy Cornell lwt 8 perhaps? lets see... 5 seat should keep his outside elbow up and keep his eyes in the boat. Bow needs to watch his elbows too. Also, four seat needs to get in time with six seat, he is a little early.

However, those things are not your fault :P. If you were their coach I'd be upset. You capture the pain in their bodies and faces really well. Would be cool if there was some kind of background, ie. seeing a boat house, city skyline..... 9
