The reflected light (softbox maybe?) in the glasses spoils this for me.. otherwise it has nice light on the face, good detail etc.. just that reflection is too distracting.

Colorful Drop

Ordinarily I'm not a big fan of water drops. Some folks are so good at them that there ability to offer the wow factor has been diminished - like Hollywood special effects.

I like what you've done here so, the colours are particularly strong and the drop has a floating quality that I like. Couple that with the great combonation of smoothness and sharpness and you have something that is more than the some of its parts.

I think that is the mark of a good photograph.
