Looks very cold. And blue. Interesting scene. Looks like there is a shadow of a person under the bridge part, which is rather spooky.

Lovely picture! I found the lights and buildings drew my eye. You did a fantastic job on this shot, I wish the roadways led my eye more. To me they enhanced the photo, but just didn't lead me into it. I am definitly a left to right dominate person so that may play into my scoring. 7
