Very different and unigue - a solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail. This image would have worked as a black and white as well. A perfect demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus. Well done.

The location here is brilliant. The boat, snow, ice, water and clouds all coming together to make a great shot

A terrific title and a terrific photograph. The feeling is one of lonely comtemplation in the face of potential danger. The incredible detail is shocking. A certain ribbon candidate and a for sure top ten image.

I think this would have done better in the "Textures" challenge this week. Nothing very stock-ish or fitness-ish about this imho. I like his facial expression and the pose.
