Terrific! I love the sense of defiance rather than despair in the body language of the 'inmate'. Nicely composed, great point-of-view, and effective use of the light to achieve several purposes. 8

Greetings from the Critique Club - I don;t know if you requested a critique on this one or not, but since you seem to desperately want a CC member to review one of your photos I just picked your most recent challenge entry.

I like this, I'm not sure why the voters did not. My kid pics have received decent treatment from the voters, so i don't know - you score seems low to me.

Composition is excellent - every rule is met to a T - thirds for horizontal, her face is the focal point and is sharp, 1/3 position from the top, arms and the dirt behind her are all nicley leading lines. Even the contrasting color or the grass and her clothing is good. The only nit to pick would be if her face were a tad brighter.

I see blurred legs, so that shows it meets the challenge, and the panning is very well done - again this demonstrates your control of shutterspeed.

It might lack a bit in overall appeal to the masses, subject matter wise, but that is sooo subjective at times there is not much you do.

This is a good night image, but I really don't get garbage out of it. Junk, yes.
