Creepy! Intersting choice to make the "visitor" in color and the "normal person" in B&W. I probably would have done it the other way around.
If the "normal life" was more in focus / sharper / without that little bit of blur then it would have done much better.

Nice reflection. A little dark but I like the darker in the foreground but I like the darker green tones. The middle part of the photo has a great abstract look.

I am trying to figure out the title- does it mean overseas is where you are from- and you can't get home yet? or perhaps on an island and you can only get to the dock? or maybe you are a selkie and can't find you skin, or a mermaid. or you just theoretically pine for the sea that you can't get back to, the home of your soul, for reasons of having a cast on that can't get wet- or because you don't have a boat.

Anyway, nice texture and shot.
