Wow that is weird looking, in a good way. What is really cool with this is that it appears like you are looking at two different points of interest, which is the circle/water/reeds in the distance, but also the well lit reeds in the foreground. Pretty cool picture. You must have used a tele lens in order to get both areas in focus?

Very nice mood photo. I can imagine Jack the Ripper lurking around the next bend. Did you use a star burst filter to get the flare effect on the street light?
