One of several "golden egg" photos and perhaps the best of the bunch. The black background is very effective as is the lighting. I do have a problem with the feather on the left - it appears so "placed" - but don't ask me why I think that. Perhaps it is too perfect - I'd love to see other options. Overall a very nice effort.

I really like the lighting in this shot. Nice and even on the nest, but with enough shadow for some depth. I also like the feathers. Good idea and nicely done.
