Kibbitzers for Eternityby jjbeguinComment by Spanish_Grease: This photo is very surreal. It looks almost like an allusion, where the chess board is farther away from the two men and you are shooting across it, but then you look more closely and it's a giant chess board!
You captured a good moment. The two men look very much into playing chess, the one active pointing, and the other one contemplating with his cigar. Very good.
As usual JJ, you have an incredible eye.
Peace be.

Parade Dayby jjbeguinComment by Ozzie: Bottom right??? You mean bottom left don't you?
I thought that lone person was the main objective of the photo, being independent. I like how he is 'miles away' from everyone else. |

Parade Dayby jjbeguinComment by Nitin: Too much detail in this. The person in the bottom right could be cropped out. Also some parts appear a little overblown.

Parade Dayby jjbeguinComment by dahkota: Wish the sidewalk wasn't os white but at the same time I like how the closer sidewalk is a different color - adds to the perception of separation here. Well done! 8 - good luck in the challenge! |
