Goodbye Blue Skyby jjbeguinComment by LalliSig: I almost like the composition, the black right half is not really doing it for me and I think I would have liked the comp. better if you had taken a step or two to the left. Dig the b/w conversion but could stand to be a bit brighter for my taste. 6 from me. |

Blurred Interlude by jjbeguinComment by JuliBoc: Thanks to posthumous's Christmas poem, I visited your profile page to find out about the last stanza. What a special treat it is to see your work!!! And I am awed by this self-portrait. |

Goodbye Blue Skyby jjbeguinComment by saiphfire: I'm confused about the black on the righthand side. Also, the darks are very dark and you lose definition towards the bottom of the stairs, which may have been what you were going for, but since you can see detail again beyond that point it wasn't all that effective. If you were implying loss of detail as you go down it might have been best to crop while in the dark part at the bottom. |

Goodbye Blue Skyby jjbeguinComment by Catherine_B: Not the most appealing subject in the challenge. This image in black and white makes it difficult to understand what you are looking at. Where does the wall end and the stairs start? I don't think it will do that well, so better luck next time, but keep trying. |
