This photo carries a deep and disturbing weight of its own and I kept returning to it throughout the week far more than any other in this challenge. A bravery exists here and strong courage. But in all honesty, if I were your mother, I would send you straight to your room for posting such a photo of me in the Master's Challenge! I do hope you will share a photo of her in happier times when she has recovered.

Outstanding image, powerful and expession of true emotion, a bit painful. I like your perspective, choice of color even though the lower half is very dark I would not have cropped it any other way. Bump up to 10.

I keep coming back to this one, and I hardly know what to say...I'm not sure I would have had the courage to take this. This is so full of grim sorrow, and yet there is love portrayed too, somehow...
