My take on this- or at least what I feel is a great sense of emotion, the feeling, or allegory perhaps, of being bent and head down in prayer, introspectively, and the feeling of following the sun, coming up for air, seeing a different perspective outside of the Church. The theme of constant search for truth, or at least some sort of enlightment, from a non-traditional or perhaps even heresy, of Nature over the human construct and confines of organized religion and preconceived notions of the proper path to God...

(or maybe its just nice light and a good composition!)

Wonderful use of light and dark. The lines of the pews seem to be yearning for the light, yet you treat this aspect with great restraint. Simple, but so much here, brimming with life.
