A muted abstract that's nicely composed and simply very appealing. Nice how the raindrops are playfully echoed by the lovely bokeh. The attractive monocolor also works well.

Something is fighting here subject wise. The tears on the barriers and the laughter in the distance that is too much like bokeh and I would prefer not to identify the photo process that I actually not, or seldom see, with my own eyes. Am I too purist?

The light is lovely, and you have maximised the colour of the 'turned' leaf beautifully. I am less keen on the inclusion of the drooping leaf that seems to be pushing its way into the fore-ground.
