Very nice ... you captured two of my favorite things (roads that lead off into the distance and the color purple). I really like the balance of details in the foreground with the haze. My favorite in this challenge.

Love the tones, the back lighting, the raised head and alert pose. I would of course like to see the legs or else more foreground brush in that area so he doesn't seem cut off by your crop but rather by his position in the scene. The position in the frame seems awkward, too, with him looking more left but more space behind him.
