Lost on Marsby BrinComment by tate: I like this one. Very desolate yet humorous. Dividing the background a bit more from the suject would have helped this a bit. 7 |

Lost on Marsby BrinComment by Artifacts: Nice Marscape. It has a realistic look and feel to it, too. Like the sky and desolate landscape. Not a bad rendition. Here is The Real Mars. Though this is not exactly what it looked like, it accurately conveys what it FELT like to me. :)
On a serious note, I learned after I got back that one of the signs of severe heat stroke is delirium where the sufferer often removes their clothes just before they go down for the count. This frequently happens to illegal immigrants from Mexico that try to cross the border in southern Arizona and die of exposure. Not a good way to go.
But I would not have recognized that sign in me. How would I know? Whenever I get around beautiful women I already get the urge to remove my clothes. LOL! - Steve |

The Rebel by BrinComment by skewsme: This is such a nice clean shot, a Canon Matrix. I love the irony of the title. Congratulations! |

The lone rangerby BrinComment by cryingdragon: Greets from the Critique Club
What can I say about this photo that hasn't been said? Congrats on the 4th place finish.
The composition is lovely. The orange flames really stand out against the very understated scenery. It is a very calm and peaceful setting, and draws you into it.
The only thing that I can say is that the big rock tends to compete with the fire for my attention.
Congrats again!!
