I'm not getting the feeling of "studio portrait" - looks more like a snapshot to me. As such, however, it is a cute shot that will look nice in the family album.

The direct flash can just be viewed in the girls hair. It gives the face quite a flat, snapshot appearance.

Looks a bit too much like a snapshot. The lighting is harsh, like a generic camera flash, the background and expression just don't suggest a deliberate portrait to me.

I would stay for a studio portrait the back ground is to busy. Nice lighting and she has a good expression.

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry in this challenge.

Very little interest for me here I'm afraid. Lot's of dead space. No one thing going on to draw my eye, just a bunch of people and the back of their heads. Just a bit boring. It's a 3 for me.
