Very cool shot. First off, lightning ain't easy at all to catch! Very interesting colors, and I really like the 'minimilism' type composition. Stands out among typical lightning shots. Nice job.

This is only the second time in my life I headed for the basement from a storm. We lost power for two days and a large tree fell into our driveway with the strong wind. But the mammatus clouds are so wonderful after the storm. Thanks for the comments. Van

P.S. I was trying for another shot like the one I entered before, but the clouds were to the east this time and sunset was an hour later.
