Interesting concept and the deep purple and greens that are not overdone works well.

The background should have noise reduction applied to it and there are a number of hots spots reflected in the bubbles that are distracting. You might consider cloning out the tiny bubbles on the right that have no real definition and do not add much to the composition.

Your main subject seems too dark. Even though you used shallow depth of field to draw the eye to the foreground, it is so much darker than the background that something gets lost in the composition.
