No Trespassingby GermaineComment by pixelpig: The locks & latch are on the inside of the gate. Someone is trying to get a point across, it seems! Good in BW. Hope you got some cow shots, too. |

No Trespassingby GermaineComment by MelonMusketeer: That's an interesting shot to me because I would like to know how the mechanical part of the gate latch works. By opening any one of the locks, the gate can be opened. Here it is common to have several locks on a chain so that several people, owner, lessors, power co ect, have access to the pasture.
That looks like a rather ingenious gate latch.
I hope that you were able to get the cow pix that you wanted. |

Seeing Doubleby GermaineComment by undieyatch: I think a marvelous seascape & really quite interesting double exposure. Has a disorienting floating quality, just knowing the keenly seen shore(s) & scape subjects reality of placement is much different. An accidentally arranged but obviously carefully chosen, romantic dream to my eye. I like this antique color and grain. |

Seeing Doubleby GermaineComment by MelonMusketeer: Way too cool! I thought it was only one take until I found the horizon near the bottom. I also have trouble remembering to advance the film with my Nikon since I have been shooting digital so long now. |
