This is a moody image. I like how you caught one of the birds in flight. I like the composition in that the frame is full of visual interest. The viewer can start anywhere and make a circle around the different things to see and interpret. Among the dark and gray tones, I like that splotch of orange from the boat light. I'm guessing you had the sweet spot aimed at the area of the birds, but I like how even the birds are not focused, it adds to the mood of the image. This is a cool picture.
