The Umpireby GermaineComment by Ristyz: It's a nice composition and portrait. It would qualify as enviornmental but could be stronger. Need a few more hint to why he's on that horse. Not everyone would know it's polo unless they knew the sport. The horse is too dark, I lighten just a touch before saving for web, that might help some there. You used a good aperture for the getting good DOF for that angle of the horse so your lens might soften a bit when all the way out at 300mm. I had a Canon EF 28-200 that did that. |

Urban Elementsby GermaineComment by baco99: i'm a sucker for architectural shots. only suggestion would have been to move over a little...the gutter intersects the lap at an off location, losing the detail of the top of the lamp. |
