Good tone, color, and sharpness. I find myself wondering if this would have been better as a portrait or vertical shot where more of the flagpoles were visible. I find the inclusion of the lamp and building on the left to be distracting elements and I think that they are unrelated and take away from the central focus - the flags. Otherwise, I like this shot - its subtle tones are very attractive.

Ok. You made me count them. :D Good time of day you selected to capture this image. Nice warm sun light and a tint of color in the sky. The building is a little distracting but probably unavoidable, especially if you wanted to include the lightpost (which I think was a good choice overall). Best of luck to you in the challenge.
