nice colors and scenery (California, I assume?). It has a pastoral quality, but also with some urbanesque grit. The diagonal line of the coast is a powerful compositional feature, and the seagull is a nice choice. I would have asked him to fly slightly to the left ;)

I'm not a big fan of the soft focus in this one; I haven't figured out why sometimes it works for me and sometimes not.

Burn is very obvious, to the point that it looks like the shot has fingerprints on the camera lens or something. It is hard to tell what the focus is of the picture.

You did a nice job on this image. I really like the angle of view here. It's just unfortunate that the white truck had to be parked there with everything else empty.
