I love the composition of the shot. The silhouetted church against the sky. The B/W is great for the shot. It's relation to the challenge category isn't immediately clear. It seems a few steps removed for this challenge. A terrific shot though.

but, in the beginning... there was a church? I see what you're getting at - but I feel like it's a bit overly trite to just pick something religious to show that God created the heavens and the earth. It's like you just picked something that would make people think of God so they could make the connection on their own.

I mean I could be misreading this though, but if not, 4.

I think the photo thus titled lacks a link to the challenge. If this were titled 'Lux' or 'Light' or 'Dawn' then it would definintely fit. So I'll judge it that way.
