This feels too much like a snapshot to me, but I'm not saying this is a bad photo. I'm just not getting a connection to the subject. Or an explanation as to why she's dressing up to look like she's 21. Maybe trying different surroundings or do more of a portrait setup would improve this shot IMHO.

If this were a visual scavenger hunt you might win the ribbon - however this is a photography contest. The blanket "on board" flash with a black background, and the terribly unfortunate expression you've captured, and somone else's arm?? in the lower right make this look like a bad snapshot. She may be a very mature 11 year old, take some time to think about how to communicate this visually and set up a "shoot'. Keep trying - 1
