quite nice compo and colours, but the poor focus really lets this down. perhaps you were going for soft, but there's realy nothing in. it's too bad, as this could have doen quite well. (possible over NIed?)

near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry

Nice industrial challenge photo, but not a candid. In photography, one expects to see a person or persons in an out of the ordinary pose or situation that shows a story or emotion. Here it is a building at night. No real candid here.

If blur was applied, try masking off the blur around the eyes and mouth.

Sorry but never been a fan of softfocus and this shot doesn´t change my mind about that technique at all, I would have liked this HEAPS better if it were pristine sharp.
