The Deepby Dax-Comment by LeeD: I love the very shallow DOF and the image by itself. I'm not a big fan of the "separation choice". The image by itself would definitely be one of my favs, but as a triptych I don't think it works quite as well. I also think the extra wide white border is a bit overkill. |

The Deepby Dax-Comment by datcat: This is so pretty, the lustre on the shell is very tactile. I don't know if the breakup and border enhances this shot or not, I love it anyway |

The Deepby Dax-Comment by DrAchoo: I like the picture, but the triptych isn't adding much. I like the picture a lot though. 6 |

The Deepby Dax-Comment by Gauti: interesting. I like the bokeh. the focus on the shell is a bit too shallow for my taste, but you manage to bring it off. the colours and their combination is good. best of luck. |

The Deepby Dax-Comment by mk: I LOVE this photo. The colors, the depth of focus, everything. I'm not sure about it as a triptych, though. It doesn't ruin the photo but it doesn't really do anything to improve it, either. As a single shot, though, it's perfect. |

The Deepby Dax-Comment by nerdynotdirty: i like the image, but i don't see what putting it into three sections did for the shot. 7 |

Elusiveby Dax-Comment by ursula: I see you're putting the D70s to good use! Beautiful reds in this one. I'd like to know, is this one picture or two? It almost looks like it might be a composite of two. If it is one, how did you set this up? It really is beautiful. |
