Soft as a Daisyby

My first impressions are that this is a beautiful image. It is very nicely composed, maybe a bit 'busy' with so many daisies, but I feel that you used focus well to bring attention to the main subject...and the others sort of just act as a background.
Your use of soft focus fits your title very nicely. Unfortunately, I guess soft focus just isn't as eye-catching as a tack sharp image to some people. Some are just more into that ... you know ... BOOM
this is what's in focus -- this is where i want you to look type of shot.
I think you could have lit the scene a bit better...from an angle. I've found that it's best to have either sunlight coming naturally at an angle or to use some sort of light (flash or whatever you have) coming at an angle and above.
Either way though, I really do like this photo a lot (and I'm not
much of a flower person). I do like your border also...it holds everything together, and I like the way the inside edge is not well-defined...which also goes along with your 'soft' focus. Good work, keep shooting.
