Goldenby banditComment by danderson107: You should light glass from behind. It will get rid of all the glare and reflection on your glass. |

Goldenby banditComment by cyan: Nice clear image, good focus, and I don't have to get really close to the screen and try to figure out what the heck it is. Simple is usually better. |

Goldenby banditComment by Tammer: Nice idea. looking close into the reflection I can see you taking the photo :-) I like the color of the liquid against the dark background. |

Anyone watching? Mmmm ... Lunch!by banditComment by ShaneBlake: i didn't vote for this challenge, but i'll say that i find the background too busy. it detracts from what's going on...
i'd probably like it better if the model looked frightened of the giant cat... cowering in fear, or something...
i liked your line of thinking, though... |

Anyone watching? Mmmm ... Lunch!by banditComment by macrothing: 8 - For me this was the type of perspective "to create a dramatic effect" that I was looking for when I voted. I liked the perspective and the colors mostly. Criticism; In my opinion, the cat made this shot, including the colors in the fur, which complemented the background, but the woman in the shot detracted, mostly because of what she is wearing, hair, posture and 'view'. If she had been 'blurred/softened' more (if possible), more 'neutral clothing/styling' or less 'prominent' (though the 'illusion' may not have worked then) may have made it a better picture in my opinion. Also the 'dramatic effect' of the cat and its 'size' would have been enhanced. Perhaps just a sharper angle with the cat taking up more frame, not sure. I thought it met the Challenge well, had humor, was different and with a few tweaks, had great potential. |
