Popcorn originsby ksnymanComment by yanko: I like that you focused on the texture with this close up. However, the lighting needs some work to bring out those textures more. Try using a light source that you can place at a 45 degree angle of the subject so you can get some shadows going, which is what makes the little lines and crevices in the texture stand out. Since this subject is small you may need to make your light source smaller as well perhaps creating a snoot (a long tube in front of the light) to narrow the beam. Anyway, just an idea. Good luck! |
