Whenever I get a disappointing score (all too frequently) I would love to have someone give their opinion of why.
I think in your shot the first impression would be that it appears to be out of focus. I know that one of her eyes (the furthest away) is in focus but because of the low camera angle, there's a lot of OOF face before you get to the eyes. (I'm no expert but a rule of thumb in portraiture suggests shooting at eye level or slightly above.)
Secondly there is no connection between the model and the viewer - she is looking away with an almost expressionless face.
And finally the lighting is a little harsh.
