This is an interesting idea, although the billowy smoke coming out makes it look not like a real shotgun blast, almost like someone blue smoke from a cigarette down the barrel of the gun, Also from the background I'm guessing this was taken indoors. The narrow crop doesn't work for me in this situation either, the crop and the border together make this shot feel cramped. Again, I like the idea behin this and have tried similar shots outside myself while my husband is shooting, tough to capture!
