Good action capture. It looks a bit oversharpened to me as there seems to be an odd grainy look in the sand of the track and the grass. Compositionally, maybe a tighter crop so that the horses weren't in the center of the frame would make it a bit stronger. That might make it feel like there was more room on the right for them to "run into."

Nice.. Love that show.. glad you got the colour of seabiscuit right.. well.. it's close.. nice shot.. good action capture.. watch that horizon.. 9 for me..

I know access would have been impossible, but the fence just kills this shot. The fence becomes the dominant foreground, and I wouldn't even be able to tell it's a military plane without the title. :(

The fence really obscures your subject. If you're using a d-slr, increasing the shutter length and panning could be an option in this situation. But kudos to you for risking an interveiw with airport security. :)
