Nice use of blur. I like that you can see her knee with the red dress in the opening of the buggy. The colors of the grass and sky seem a tad over saturated to my eye.

The shot is fuzzy or unclear - like a shadow is over the whole shot or it has been muted with a cloudy layer of some sort.. You can barely see the people in the carriage so it is hard to tell if this really is their 'Sunday Best' as they dress similar every day which wouldn't really matter anyway. I have not been able to see the concept of family in the shot.

Oh, I wish you could have gotten the Amish people in the light some. A wonderful photo but needs tweeking.
