I guess the perspective here is the cars vs. the train? Interesting idea. I think the photo is too busy though. A tighter crop might have helped, or taking it from a different angle so it isn't so flat.

Very sharp photo. Color seems good, but maybe just a tad diminished (probably due to the cloudy day). The background seems cluttered and largely unnecessary. (On the far left bottom, am I seeing the far rail ending? Like the train doesn't have far to travel?) 6 Swash

I think the boats adn the thing they are pushing/pulling need to be a little more to the right, it looks like they are getting ready to run out of the frame. The blue structure at the top really grabs attention, but it also becomes a focal point for the eyes, distracting from the lower part of the frame. Don't know if that was intentional or not.
