For me, waiting is filled with anticipation, anxiety, dreams, hopefulness, and the imagining of new and exciting things...hardly boring to my active mind. I feel a little bad saying it on your photo, as there are so many others in this challenge that try to make "waiting" fit in, but I had to say it somewhere. So forgive me, please.
I see a lot of interesting light play on the mailboxes--if you had gotten closer, perhaps you could have featured it. The receding lines provide a graphic quality, but without a true subject they just seem to be "there".

Excellent photographic technique. Good focus color balance and the horizon is straight. I think that I might have lowered my viewpoint, closer to the sand. Keep on working!
