F / stopby 2ShayComment by Tallbloke: Nicely spotted although the whole shot looks overexposed and washed out. Great angle of the gras behind your subject makes the shot really interesting. Pity you wre shooting into the shadowed side of the tree too. Perhaps shooting the other side and flipping the image would have made a better lit shot. |

Thank you for your comment. I actually wanted to use an extreme angle in this shot. I was trying to portray the deceased's view of the sky. I liked the image and thought it would do better, but I guess it just didn't have enough interest to the masses.

However, blending the duck with the background is hard to see. It looks like the background is farther away and not connected with the duck. Perhaps some more detail or reflection in the ice.
