Comment by MarkRob:
Wonderful picture.... I would have pruned the dead leaf out first and taken out the plant stake. Were we ever that short?

Comment by HBunch:
I have to admit, without the title, I would not automatically think "childhood" when I saw this. However, I do understand the reference and am considering this to have "met the challenge". The angle is great for the purpose. Definately has the "through a childs eyes" look to it. The lighting is great and the sky is perfect. Great shot and good luck in the challenge.

I like the different elements, the repetitive patterns of the fence, the organic sunflowers and the blocky modern form of the building. Great viewpoint.

Comment by floyd:
Only one tiny criticism - that dead looking leaf on the left. Other than that I love it. Great light and angle. Colours are good too. A polarising filter might have given you a slightly bluer sky (perhaps not given that you're pointing almost straight up). Excellent work - love it. 9 - floyd

Good image; interesting angle. Nice composition with the fence, flowers and house. Nice colors. This image only speaks of childhood because of the title but what the heck. 8 Journey

I think I see what you were going after, but don't you think you got down a little too low? (seems like crawing height...) I would suggest cropping above the chicken wire fence, too. 7 Swash

Interesting idea. I think the photo may have be more effective with a personinstead of a building, but a good attempt at something other than a teddy-bear or swing shot!
