I like the coloration but I think the tight crop is what hurt you here. I'd pull back and show some of the surround area to really show more than just the building. The clouds are gorgeous and would really make a nice ceiling to the whole landscape if widened!! ;~D

I really like this one. I think a lot of people fail to recognise how great simply can be. This is a great composition. I think the average photographer would walk up and take a picture of the gate lock from right in front of it at about eye level. This perspective here was a great choice. Nice going. Santa Rosa Creek Road is a very nice drive.

This is a very interesting image. You must have been jumping for joy seeing that cloud formation! ;^) One thing I can't figure out is where his head is. Not trying to be a smart aleck...does he have a full beard, maybe that's it?

The only distraction I've found (besides the guy's head ) is the treetops in the bottom left. If the image didn't have those you would get a greater feeling of space and emptiness beneath the person. JMO.
