So is he a carpenter or a model? I just ask because part of this challenge was to capture the person in their environment. Imo, he is not "in his environment." He is inside a construction zone, but he is not immersed in it. No hard hat, short pants are questionable attire for construction zones, he is way to clean...just little details, but they add up.

The focus appears to be on the hand, rather then the face, which takes away from the portrait. The cropping is a little odd, as we only see half of the top part of the hammer. I'm not sure if the green/yellow processing is effective here though....4
