Aftermathby naomikComment by IreneM: It's sad seeing this beautiful girl with such injuries, in fact I find the shot very disturbing, I hope she's o.k.
Getting back to the technicals, the lighting and composition are good. |

Tails or Tails ?by naomikComment by Detona: Australian, I suppose? Nice reflection. The light-thingy in the above-left corner is a bit disturbing.. |

Tails or Tails ?by naomikComment by deepfrog17: simple and effective. but not much in the wow department. doesn't appear as though it is jumping around instead it's very static and looks propped up just right for the camera. |

Tails or Tails ?by naomikComment by Falc: Macros of coins and other table top stuff rarely do well in DPC. We have all seen them over and over again. They are a favourite of the newcomers to DPC because they are a nice easy set up, something you can do in the kitchen or spare room.
They are really something to practice with, not something which is a competition image as such.
This example has blown highlights and hasn't really any great detail, the junction between the table top and the background also needs to be disguised somehow. |

"Peas Be With You"by naomikComment by Blackbox: Wow, it's amazing how many people classified their 'Peas' shot as humerous. Maybe that's why mine didn't do so well? I didn't realize peas could be so funny! Not that yours is...it was just the last one in line so I thought I'd comment on it here. By the way...wasn't there any way you could like tape the fork to a tripod or sumpin' like that? |
