Very pretty winter scene. I'm not sure if it's fog or smoke towards the bottom center, IMO it takes a little away, but might not have been able to avoid it.

Beautiful! If it were me, I'd likely worked on making the droplets/seed hairs a little brighter and punchier (select highlights, curve up a little bit, USM on highlights only, possibly a very slight warming filter again only on highlights), I'd cropped a little off the top (a bit too much negative space), and I'd tried to de-emphasize the fairly clear stems at the bottom left. ~9
