needs some sharpening and change of DOF to concentrate on the persona and drink rather than capturing so much detail on the picture and exit sign in the background. good though.

This is where over-processing just works great! I would just clone out the lines and dust at the right side. Can't tell really but they look like dust or something - distracting.

Wow! What a burst of colours. I like how it blends from yellow to green to blue. Quite an original style. I would clone out the power lines and yes, the borders are too strong. I see what you're tring to do with the tri-colour borders but I'd lose at least the black one and make the other two more discrete. Don't know if you've tried blue and green instead of yellow and green.. Would be interesting to see the difference.

Try cropping more to reduce the amount of out-of-focus foreground in the lower right quadrant.
