I actually like the centered composition on this. Nice rich colors, good saturation. I like whatever you have them wrapped in (cloth?), the colors is very good with the cinnamon.

Well you've thrown the 'avoid centred composition' rule out of the window, and it has worked BRILLIANTLY! :)

Great tones on this one and the cinnamon stick pattern is incredible. I would have perhaps gone with a slightly shallower DOF and I think the cinnamon sticks are a little over saturated/sharpened? Either way I think this is a great shot, and it's really refreshing to see something original in the macro challenge.
