Nice composition. I find the width gives this picture more depth. I'd like to see a tad more clarity though.

Too soft overall, and the light is very blown. The painterly effect just doesn't work for me with this shot.

white balance is really off, focus seems a bit off as well, composition might be improved upon by attempting a less symetrically balanced shot. The lighting is really interesting as it has an eerie feeling to it. might avoid some of the wb problems with conversion to b&w; which would accentuate the lines in the image.
