this is a lovely picture, the composition is good, if the bird would look in to the picture then it would be better, I think the focus is more on the birdbath rather then the bird, so there is some loss of details on the bird, and the background looks like it's fake, usually there is something destracting in the background if it's an outdoor shot.

this might sound negative but it's just my opinion, I only comment on pictures that interest me, and this did so it's not bad, just minor details that you might try to fix :)

I really like this shot, the way the tree does not come up from the center but from the corner, however, I think a tighter crop would be better, so the crown would be closer to the top right corner there is to much of nothing there, the lighting is good, but I find the lack of focus on the lower part of the tree a bit destracting.

I think the image looks a bit muddy because of the blue cast. I am not sure if you wanted that, but if not, maybe you could try Auto Levels and see how it turns out. It's pretty accurate most of the time, and if it's off, still will give you an idea.
Nice to see you shooting Dun Laoghaire. I enjoy shooting around there.
