Christoph - This one of my absolute favorite photos from the Scene It II Challenge. I don't know the movie, I assume others were in the same position, and this probably cost you in votes. Even without knowing the movie, I gave you an 8 for quality of photography, vision, and delivery.

Wow, was my first reaktion when this picture came up for the critique. This is a nice one and has scored probably very high.
I can say I was a bit disapointed when I saw that it just barely got a 6, in my mind it is worth more then that.
I like the acidic colors and it is a well done shot.
The only thing that could probably have it score higher is taking a scene out of a better known film. You have to hit those voters in the face with something they understand. Make it idiot proof.

All in all a very well executed photograph and for me you have been robbed, had to score much higher.

the one thing i'd do diffenrently if i could go back, is to not have the end of nose touching the upper lip, it just looks weird imo...

Great lighting, the only thing I don't like is the whisps of carpet or whatever above her shoulder, I couldn't figure out what it was for awhile and stopped looking at the rest of the image. I think this photo might have been linked to elsewhere too, if has over 4000 views in a week! impressive.

I also like the angle very much. I agree with the comment below. The eye whites are a bit green. However....I like tha mood it sets and the crop is different (in a good way).

The angle and look on the model's face gives it a dark and angry feel to it. And it works very well in the photo. They eye whites seem to be slightly over done (something I do all the time) and the one on the right has some green in it, I'm assuming from your light source on that side. Everything else in the photo is pretty good.
