Not sure about the technicalities (the legs skin tone, and sharpening is a little overdone) but the picture itself is just great. To name a few in no particular order: The colors, the background, the wall she leans on, the pose, the hood - it all looks like it is taken by an Italian renaissance painter. Great job (not voting though)

All at once, one has to convey the darkness without overwhelming it with exposure and flash. It seems to be all about balance. Easy to make the coloured lights disappear. Certainly helps a little with some fog about. I reckon digital noise helps put over the atmosphere in such settings. Nice set of shots.
